  Minimum Work Experience

  • 2 of the following:
    
    • 2 years’ experience working with Dentrix Ascend
    • 2 years’ experience as a dental software trainer (or equivalent)
    • 2 years’ dental administrative & clinical industry experience

  General Skills & Competencies

  • Must be self-driven with proven self-organization and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of clinical terminology/tasks including digital imaging
  • Outstanding communication, delegation & public speaking skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills
  • Mac skills preferred

  What to expect as a Certified Trainer?

  • Complete a certification program that consists of seminar and mentor phases.
  • Attend Trainer Meetings.
  • Complete continuing education online courses.
  • Attend annual education conference
  • Maintain excellence survey results and customer satisfaction scores.
